Weather and ice conditions permitting, the games are played outdoors in the Confederation Annex building in Pierre Elliott Trudeau Park. Levine, who has been lobbying for decades to have the Tour be an event for charity, is known among local politicians for his hold-prettymuch-nothing-back s tyle. He had a longtime beef with Côte St. Luc several years ago over the removal of pink ribbons regarding breast cancer near the CP tracks, and for the removal of political signs during an election campaign.
